NexOptic Technology Corp. Faces Filing Delay for 2024 Financial Statements

NexOptic Technology Corp. announced a delay in filing its audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. The postponement arises from delays in receiving third-party information and a recent change in their Chief Financial Officer prior to the filing deadline.

The company aims to finalize the filings within three weeks, although it pledges to potentially extend this to two months if necessary. A request for a management cease trade order (MCTO) has been submitted to the British Columbia Securities Commission under National Policy 12-203.

This order restricts the CEO and CFO from trading company shares during the delay period. NexOptic is adhering to alternative information guidelines and confirms it is not undergoing any insolvency proceedings. The MCTO will stay until the statements are filed or the order is modified.
