Nextech3D.AI Reports Significant Revenue Growth for ARway Post-Acquisition

Nextech3D.AI, a leader in AI-driven 3D modeling and augmented reality, recorded a 194% increase in unaudited revenue for its ARway subsidiary. This spike follows the acquisition of Map Dynamics in June 2024. Gross margins also improved by 5%, reaching 95% for the period between September 2024 and February 2025.

ARway's revenue climbed to $370,000 from $126,000 previously, driven by technological synergies with Map D. The acquisition has expanded ARway's offerings and market reach, solidifying its stance in the AR navigation domain.

Furthermore, Nextech3D.AI has renewed its share purchase warrant program. Issuing nearly 10 million warrants supports employee incentives by allowing stock acquisition at a fixed price, aligning workforce interests with company goals.
