NextSource Materials Inc. has announced the results of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held virtually on December 5, 2024. The shareholders re-elected all the proposed directors, including Sir Mick Davis and Martina Buchhauser, with an overwhelming majority exceeding 99%. The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, was also confirmed, with 98.7% approval.
