Nicox nomme Damian Marron Président du Conseil d'administration
Nicox SA, spécialisée en ophtalmologie, a annoncé la nomination de Damian Marron comme Président du Conseil d'administration. Marc Le Bozec rejoint également le Conseil en tant qu'administrateur indépendant.
Damian Marron possède une vaste expérience en gestion de portefeuilles, fusions et acquisitions et collaborations en R&D. Il est actuellement président de plusieurs conseils d'administration, notamment chez Circio Hodling ASA et Imophoron Ltd.
Marc Le Bozec, entrepreneur en sciences de la vie, a dirigé l'introduction en bourse de Cellectis et fondé Neurodyx en 2024. Il apporte une solide expérience en finance et conseil stratégique.
Jean-François Labbé et Les Kaplan quittent leurs postes au Conseil après de nombreuses années de service. Le Conseil d'administration est désormais composé de Damian Marron, Gavin Spencer, Michele Garufi et Marc Le Bozec.
