Niiio Finance Group AG to Delist from Düsseldorf Stock Exchange and Redeem Convertible Bonds Early
On October 30, 2024, niiio finance group AG announced its decision to apply for delisting from the general open market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. The expected approval will result in the delisting at the end of April 2025, allowing shareholders to trade until then. This move aims to cut associated costs as they no longer align with the economic benefits.
