NORD/LB to Redeem Additional Tier 1 Bond of Bremer Landesbank
On May 12, 2025, Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – (NORD/LB) announced its decision to call and fully redeem the Additional Tier 1 bond identified as DE000BRL00A4, originally issued by former Bremer Landesbank. The redemption will be effective as of June 29, 2025, at full par value.
The necessary regulatory approval from the European Central Bank has been obtained, allowing NORD/LB to proceed with its plan. This decision reflects NORD/LB's current strategic financial management approach.
