Norges Bank crosses threshold at Arkema

In a press release received on November 28, 2024, it was revealed that Norges Bank has reduced its stake in Arkema, which has led to it falling below the 5% threshold of the capital.
As of November 26, 2024, Norges Bank now holds 3,763,709 Arkema shares, equivalent to 4.95% of the capital and 3.99% of the voting rights. This is the result of a sale of shares on the market.
