North Peak Announces First Hole Drilled at Prospect Mountain North; CFO Transition

Calgary, Alberta—North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NPR) has announced that drilling has commenced at its Prospect Mountain North area in Eureka, Nevada. The first hole, part of a 10,000-foot drill campaign targeting former high-grade gold mines, is now complete. The campaign aims to drill 20 holes, ranging from 300 to 700 feet in depth, across various sites including Wabash/Williams mine area, Industry Tunnel, Duke, and Delaware Madrid.

Chairman & CEO Brian Hinchcliffe noted the efficient commencement of drilling over the weekend. The last major drilling program in the area, conducted in 1999, involved 96 holes with 26,000 feet of vertical drilling.

Additionally, the company announced the transition of the Chief Financial Officer role. Rob Suttie is stepping down, and Andrew Dunlop is appointed as the new CFO, effective July 1, 2024.
