North Peak Confirms Mineralization at Prospect Mountain
North Peak Resources Ltd. revealed assay results from their aircore drill program at Prospect Mountain Mine, Nevada. This confirmed mineralization within the historic waste rock pile near the Diamond Mine portal. The 11-hole drilling identified significant mineral content, with the highest assay showing 2.34 g/t gold and 68 g/t silver. All samples demonstrated mineralization.
CEO Rupert Williams stated the aircore sampling reaffirms the presence of valuable minerals. The company plans further metallurgical testing to determine the suitability for third-party leaching processes.
The completion of their 2025 reverse circulation exploration drilling program saw 14 holes, totaling 4,194 meters, focusing on four accessible areas. Assays are expected by Q1 2026, with plans to expand exploration in 2026.
