North Peak Resources Announces Leadership Changes and Stock Options

North Peak Resources Ltd., a gold exploration company, has announced the appointment of Harry Dobson as Executive Chairman and Director. This decision follows Mike Sutton's departure from the Board, although he remains as a technical adviser. Dobson, a founding shareholder of North Peak, brings valuable experience in financing and developing mining assets. His past roles include Chairmanships of Kirkland Lake Gold and other resource companies.

With these leadership changes, North Peak has restructured its Audit Committee. The company also granted incentive stock options for 950,000 shares at $0.87 per share. These options partly vest immediately, with the rest following a specified schedule. Chelsea Hayes was promoted to VP of Operations and Corporate Development, reflecting project advancement at Prospect Mountain in Nevada.
