North Shore Uranium Announces Change of Transfer Agent

North Shore Uranium Ltd. (TSX-V:NSU) has announced a change in its registrar and transfer agent. Effective August 5, 2024, Computershare Investor Services Inc. will replace Odyssey Trust Company. Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding this change.

All shareholder inquiries and correspondence, including those related to transfer of shares, lost certificates, or address changes, should now be directed to Computershare at their Vancouver office:

In connection with this appointment, North Shore Uranium, Odyssey, and Computershare have signed two escrow assumption agreements. Computershare will now serve as the escrow and disbursing agent for the company's shares under the TSX Venture Exchange Form 2F and Form 5D agreements, previously managed by Odyssey.
