North Shore Uranium Announces Promising Results from Falcon Property Drill Program
North Shore Uranium Ltd., a Vancouver-based company, recently released the findings from their maiden drill program at the Falcon Property in Saskatchewan. The property, spread over 55,699 hectares, lies on the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin, which is noted for significant uranium deposits. The drill program targeted three sites, with anomalous uranium mineralization confirmed at two.
The most notable results emerged from targets P03 and P08, with P08 yielding uranium values as high as 572 ppm U3O8 over a 4.7-meter interval. The program also evaluated a third target, P12, which didn’t reach its projected depth due to ground conditions. Following these results, North Shore plans to further explore these targets, potentially extending the scope of drilling to include additional high-priority zones previously untested.
Beyond the core drilling, North Shore's approach included geological and geophysical studies to corroborate the drilling outcomes. Near-surface mineralization findings support the ongoing assessment and confidence in the potential of the property, setting the stage for a detailed exploration program.
