Northern Data AG Successfully Conducts Virtual Annual General Meeting

On May 6, 2024, Northern Data AG, a leader in High-Performance Computing (HPC) located in Frankfurt, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually. The meeting, streamed live, allowed duly registered shareholders or their proxies to participate via the company’s website. The participation format supported interactive engagement, with shareholders having the opportunity to ask questions directly to the executive team. Aroosh Thillainathan, the Group CEO and Chairman of the Management Board, along with Dr. Tom Oliver Schorling, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, addressed these queries comprehensively.

During this AGM, all proposed resolutions from the Management Board and Supervisory Board received approval from the shareholders.
