Notable growth for Exail Technologies in the first quarter of 2024
Exail Technologies, formerly Groupe Gorgé, experienced a significant increase in revenue of 16% in the first quarter of 2024, reaching €79 million. This success is mainly due to strong demand in the Navigation & Maritime Robotics segment, which saw its orders increase by 60%. The company also recorded an increase of 13% for the Advanced Technologies segment.
The volume of orders during this quarter was impressive with an overall increase of 40%, driven in particular by major contracts in naval navigation and land defense. These results are supported by continuous innovation as demonstrated by the Astrix-NS plant, which contributes to the new dynamics of satellite constellations.
Furthermore, despite the abandonment of a call for tenders by Australia, Exail maintains cautious optimism for 2024, thanks to advanced discussions on other important markets in the maritime and international defense sectors.
