Novacyt Announces AGM Results and New Board Appointments
Novacyt S.A., an international molecular diagnostics company, announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 18, 2024, were duly passed. The company also attempted to hold an extraordinary general meeting, which did not proceed due to insufficient quorum.
Steve Gibson and Joanne Mason have been formally appointed to the Novacyt Board as Executive Directors. This follows the conclusion of the AGM, reinforcing the company's leadership team.
