Acquisition of shares by Novacyt executives

Novacyt SA, a molecular diagnostics company listed in Paris and London, announced that several of its executives recently purchased ordinary shares of the Company. These acquisitions took place on March 26 and 27, 2026. Lyn Rees, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 73,379 shares, while John Brown, Chairman, acquired 73,762. Ian Gilham, Non-Executive Director, purchased 28,750 shares.

The average price paid for the shares by Lyn Rees and John Brown was €0.3899, while Ian Gilham paid £0.34415 per share. These transactions, however, did not significantly alter the distribution of the issued share capital.
