Novacyt General Meeting: Shareholder Vote Approaching

Novacyt SA, specialist in molecular diagnostics, will hold its annual general meeting on June 26, 2024 at 2 p.m. (Paris time), exclusively by videoconference. The resolutions put to the vote will be both ordinary and extraordinary.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote in advance, as instructed in the notice of meeting. They can download the proxy voting form from the Novacyt website and send it by mail or electronically. Online voting is possible via the Votaccess portal or Broadridge ProxyVote until June 25, 2024.

To achieve quorum, 20% of the capital and voting rights are required for ordinary resolutions and 25% for extraordinary resolutions. A recording of the Meeting will be available after the meeting on the company's website.
