Novacyt: Update on liquidity contract and voting rights
Clinical diagnostics specialist Novacyt has reported its monthly results under the liquidity contract managed by Invest Securities. Between 1 and 31 October 2024, 35,522 shares were purchased at a range of prices, ranging from €0.63 to €0.76. 29,221 shares were sold at prices ranging from €0.64 to €0.80. At the end of the period, Novacyt held 82,311 treasury shares.
The total number of Novacyt ordinary shares is 70,626,248. This figure is essential for calculating shareholder interest, in accordance with French law. The company is not subject to UK transparency rules.
The liquidity agreement, effective since September 2016, allows Invest Securities to purchase shares for Novacyt under certain conditions approved by shareholders. During this period, Novacyt and Invest Securities must remain independent of each other.
