NRJ Group communicates on its voting rights as of April 30, 2024

The company NRJ Group published on May 3, 2024 information relating to voting rights and the composition of its share capital as of April 30 of the same year. In accordance with article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the company reported that the total number of shares constituting its share capital amounts to 78,107,621.

Theoretical voting rights amount to 144,316,236. This total includes shares enjoying voting rights as well as those whose voting rights have been suspended. The voting rights actually exercisable are 143,612,750, excluding shares deprived of voting rights.

It is also mentioned in the press release that the statutes of NRJ Group include a clause requiring a declaration of crossing of thresholds additional to that of the legal thresholds (article 12).
