NRJ GROUP Prepares for Annual Shareholders' Meeting 2025
NRJ GROUP has announced the conditions for accessing preparatory documents for its upcoming Combined Shareholders' Meeting on May 15, 2025. This meeting will commence at 2:30 PM at NRJ's head office in Paris.
Details about the meeting, including the agenda and proposed resolutions, have been published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 7, 2025. Shareholders can access these details on the company's official website.
The 2024 Universal Registration Document, which includes reports and explanatory memoranda, was made available on April 3, 2025, also accessible on NRJ's site.
Shareholders can request relevant documents by email or post, or consult them at NRJ's administrative office in Paris. Bearer share holders must present a registration certificate through an authorized intermediary to exercise this right.
