NRJ Group - Voting Rights as of June 30, 2024
On July 1, 2024, NRJ Group published information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. In accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the group has specified the figures as of June 30, 2024.
The number of shares making up the share capital of NRJ Group amounts to 78,107,621. Concerning voting rights, the group has 144,315,947 theoretical and 143,607,118 exercisable. This difference is due to shares deprived of voting rights.
NRJ Group also notes the presence of a clause in its statutes imposing an obligation to additionally declare threshold crossings, in addition to the legal thresholds.
