NRJ Group: Voting Rights as of November 30, 2024

On December 3, 2024, NRJ Group published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of November 30, 2024, NRJ Group has a total of 78,107,621 shares. These shares correspond to 144,492,877 theoretical voting rights and 143,787,336 exercisable voting rights. The difference between these figures lies in the suspended voting rights for certain shares. This publication is part of Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

NRJ Group also provides for a statutory clause that requires the declaration of the crossing of participation thresholds, in addition to the legal thresholds. NRJ Group shares are listed on Euronext Paris, compartment B.
