Energy giant ENGIE has published its monthly statement on the total number of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2024. According to this report, the company's capital is composed of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deduction of treasury shares, this figure stands at 2,425,754,895.

The theoretical number of voting rights reaches 3,185,049,577, including treasury shares. However, the exercisable voting rights are reduced to 3,175,519,461, after excluding shares held by the company itself. ENGIE grants a double voting right for registered shares held for more than two years by the same beneficiary, in accordance with current French legislation.
