Number of shares and voting rights of Lhyfe as of February 28, 2025

On March 5, 2025, Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, published information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of February 28, 2025. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Lhyfe declared a total of 47,970,348 shares.

The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 82,175,385, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 82,080,911. This difference is explained by the 94,474 treasury shares held by the company and therefore deprived of voting rights.
