Number of voting rights and shares of DAMARTEX as of July 31, 2024

DAMARTEX has communicated its monthly report in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. This report details the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024.

As of this date, the share capital of DAMARTEX is composed of 11,598,300 shares. Concerning voting rights, the gross total amounts to 17,641,601, while the net total, i.e. voting rights after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, is 17,285,357.

DAMARTEX, whose head office is located at 160, boulevard de Fourmies, 59100 Roubaix, is a public limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, with a capital of 57,991,500 euros.
