NXT Energy Solutions Inc. Announces Board Changes

NXT Energy Solutions Inc., a Calgary-based technology firm, announced changes to its Board of Directors. John Tilson, a long-term shareholder and member since 2015, has retired. He has been recognized for his invaluable contributions and leadership. In his place, Jeffrey S. Tilson, his son, has been appointed to the Board.

Jeffrey Tilson brings over 23 years of experience in investment advising. He runs JST Investment Consulting Inc., a firm he founded. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Information Systems E-Commerce. His expertise and leadership experience, particularly in non-profit boards, are seen as assets to NXT.

CEO Bruce G. Wilcox expressed respect for John Tilson's contributions and confidence in Jeffrey's abilities. The transition continues the Tilson family's involvement in NXT, with Jeffrey and his wife holding significant shares in the company.
