Obiz: Annual Results and Outlook

During the 2025 fiscal year, which was exceptionally long, lasting nine months, Obiz generated revenue of €99.7 million, a 17% increase compared to the previous year. Gross margin improved by 9%, reaching €12.1 million. However, EBITDA was negative at -€1.4 million, reflecting the restructuring measures implemented by the company to improve its organization. An agreement has been reached with financial partners to reschedule bank and bond repayments, subject to certain conditions.

The outlook for 2025/26 is optimistic, with the first effects of the action plan expected in the first half of the year. Obiz projects an EBITDA of €7 million by 2027 thanks to its Equinoxe 2027 plan, which aims for profitability and cash flow generation. Despite current challenges, the commitment to organizational transformation and the objective of financial strength remain strong.
