Oceansix Future Paths Ltd. Announces Private Placement of Units for Up to CDN $3 Million

oceansix Future Paths Ltd. (TSXV: OSIX), based in Toronto, Canada, has initiated a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to CDN $3 million. The offering involves up to 33,333,333 units at CDN $0.09 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant. Warrants allow holders to buy additional shares at CDN $0.12 until December 31, 2024.

RAM.ON GmbH, a major shareholder, has committed to acquiring at least 6,111,111 units for approximately CDN $550,000. The offering will also be open to existing shareholders under specific exemptions, with a maximum investment limit of CDN $15,000 for non-accredited investors.

Proceeds will fund opportunities linked to the recent RePack OY acquisition, debt repayment, and working capital. The first tranche is expected to close around June 28, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and conditions. Participation by related parties will be governed by specific regulations.
