Octopus Biosafety: Resumption of Stock Market Listing
Octopus Biosafety has announced the resumption of trading of its shares on Euronext Access Paris from Monday, December 16, 2024. This announcement follows a decision by the Lorient Commercial Court, rendered during a hearing on December 13, 2024. The court confirmed the previous judgment of November 22, 2024, extending the observation period until May 22, 2025.
The listing had been suspended on August 9, 2024. This suspension was linked to a call for tenders launched by the judicial administrator. This was a preventive measure in anticipation of a possible liquidation of the company.
Octopus Biosafety shares, identified by the ISIN code FR0013310281 and the mnemonic MLOCT, are therefore once again available to investors on the market.
