Oeneo: Update on voting rights and shares
Oeneo, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025. The company's share capital consists of 65,052,474 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 111,623,079, while exercisable voting rights reach 110,910,288, after deduction of treasury shares.
Oeneo imposes a threshold crossing obligation separate from the legal thresholds, as stipulated in its articles of association. This measure aims to strengthen control and transparency for shareholders.
