Oerlikon Metco Inc. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at AGM
Oerlikon Metco Inc. announced the successful conclusion of its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Pfäffikon, Schwyz, Switzerland, with key decisions approved by its shareholders. Held at the ENTRA in Rapperswil-Jona, the AGM saw a turnout of 215 shareholders, representing 63.32% of the total share capital.
The AGM results include the approval of a CHF 0.20 per share dividend payout and the re-election of Prof. Dr. Michael Suess as Chairman of the Board. Furthermore, all board members and Human Resources Committee (HRC) members up for re-election received affirmative votes. The board announced its composition, including Gerhard Pegam as Vice-Chairman and Paul Adams as Lead Director among others, all serving a one-year term.
Committee assignments were also confirmed, with details on the members of the Human Resources Committee, Audit & Finance Committee, and the Governance Committee. The adopted resolutions encompassed the approval of the Sustainability Report 2023 in addition to financial compensations for board and executive committee members for their respective terms.
