O'KEY Group to Relocate Headquarters to Russia

O'KEY Group S.A., a key player in Russia's food retail market, has announced a strategic move to change its headquarters from Luxembourg to the Russian Federation. The decision was made by shareholders during an extraordinary general meeting held on 25 March 2025. The company's relocation will place it in a special administrative district on Oktyabrsky Island, Kaliningrad, under the name International Public Joint-Stock Company O'KEY Group.

Though the re-domiciliation is in progress, O'KEY will remain registered in Luxembourg during the transition. Business operations for its retail chains will continue without disruptions. The Group asserts that all obligations to partners and customers will be met. Investors will receive timely updates regarding the process's key phases.

O'KEY Group remains one of Russia's top grocery retailers, operating numerous hypermarkets and discount stores across the country.
