O'KEY Group's Net Retail Revenue Increases by 5.5% in 2024

O'KEY Group S.A., a prominent Russian food retailer, experienced a 5.5% rise in net retail revenue in 2024, reaching RUB 217.1 billion. The growth was fueled by a strong performance from its DA! discounters, which saw a 13.3% increase, amounting to RUB 72.3 billion. This segment's expansion accounted for 33.3% of the Group's total net revenue.

O'KEY hypermarkets also contributed, with a 2.0% increase in net retail revenue, totaling RUB 144.8 billion. Online sales remained steady, contributing RUB 7.8 billion or 5.4% of the hypermarkets' revenue. The Group's efforts to enhance its product assortment and marketing strategies played a crucial role in these results.

In 2024, notable changes included delisting from the London Stock Exchange and intentions to sell the hypermarket business to Russian management, pending regulatory approval.
