OKWIND GROUP: Share Buyback Program

OKWIND Group publishes the results of its share buyback program, adopted at the general meeting of shareholders on June 18, 2024. The objective of this program is to cover the allocation of shares to employees. During the period from October 21 to 25, 2024, the group acquired 3,670 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 5.9583 euros. The transactions were carried out on the Euronext Growth Paris market.

The purchases made include 1,515 shares on October 24 at a price of 5.9254 euros for a total amount of 8,976.98 euros, and 2,155 shares on October 25 at 5.9911 euros, amounting to 12,910.82 euros. The total amounts of transactions thus reach 21,887.80 euros for the period indicated.
