A contrasting year for Olympique Lyonnais Group
Olympique Lyonnais Group generated revenue of €273.8 million for the 2024/2025 financial year, down from the previous year. This decrease is primarily due to a drop in TV rights and non-recurring items recorded the previous year. Despite these challenges, the club recorded a significant increase in ticket revenue, particularly thanks to its participation in the Europa League.
In terms of TV and marketing rights, revenues fell by 52%, with a reduction in domestic TV rights and the impact of the agreement between DAZN and the LFP. Partnerships and advertising also fell by 18%.
Highlights include the sale of several players, generating €111.6 million, and the club's continued promotion to Ligue 1 thanks to new cash. The club is preparing for an ambitious 2025/2026 season, focusing on ambitious sporting objectives while seeking to stabilize its financial situation.
