New Governance for Eagle Football Group
On January 28, 2026, Eagle Football Group held its combined general meeting under the chairmanship of Michele Kang. All agenda items were adopted, including the ratification of three new directors: Victoria Wescott, Gilbert Saada, and Stephen Welch. These appointments strengthen the composition of the board's strategic committees.
The Board of Directors has also established a Commercial Advisory Committee, headed by Deborah Andrews, to oversee the group's commercial strategy. This demonstrates a commitment to strengthening the governance and growth of Eagle Football Group.
