Omega Pacific Expands GIC Copper-Gold Target to 12 Km

Omega Pacific Resources, based in Vancouver, has announced a significant expansion at its Williams property in British Columbia's Golden Horseshoe. The company acquired a 51.7-hectare claim, enhancing its strategic holdings. Historical soil sampling on this site revealed copper and gold, with assays reaching 12 g/t gold and 0.1% copper. This acquisition creates a contiguous land package across Omega's GIC Prospect.

Additionally, Omega has staked a new 1,707-hectare claim adjacent to the Williams property. This move increases the GIC prospect's strike length to 12 km, bolstering the company's exploration potential. CEO Jason Leikam highlighted the importance of this acquisition for tracing the geophysical anomalies identified in their 2024 drill program.

The company plans further exploration in 2025, focusing on unexplored areas within their newly extended claims. With a robust plan and strategic positioning in a prime mining region, Omega aims to capitalize on the site's mineral potential, aligning with its long-term growth objectives.
