Omega Pacific Expands GIC Copper-Gold Target to 12 km
Omega Pacific Resources Inc. has announced the acquisition of additional claims at the Williams property in BC's Golden Horseshoe. The company secured a 51.7 Ha claim west of its 2024 drilling site, which has shown significant copper and gold anomalies. This acquisition forms a continuous land package across the GIC Prospect.
Additionally, a 1,707 Ha claim adjoining Williams to the east was staked. The GIC prospect's geology now extends uninterrupted through this area. These moves expand the GIC strike length to 12 km, creating new exploration opportunities.
CEO Jason Leikam noted the strategic importance of these new claims, emphasizing enhanced opportunities within the GIC gold target. Omega aims to capitalize on these new acquisitions to further the project's development and mineral exploration efforts.
