Half-Yearly Report on the Omer-Decugis & Cie Liquidity Contract
Omer-Decugis & Cie has published the half-yearly results of its liquidity agreement with Gilbert Dupont as of June 30, 2025. Transactions during this half-year saw the purchase of 87,073 shares for €395,373.45, while 88,672 shares were sold for €402,378.58. These transactions totaled 1,294 purchases and 1,291 sales.
As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account held 12,468 shares and a cash balance of €62,776.91. At the end of the half-year, these figures were adjusted to 10,869 shares and €69,782.29 in cash. Initially, when the contract was inaugurated, the account held no shares but had €200,000 in cash.
