ONE EXPERIENCE: 2024 Half-Year Results Announced

ONE EXPERIENCE, a company specializing in hospitality, has published its results for the first half of 2024. Revenues amounted to €2.62 million, an increase of 68% compared to the same period last year. This growth is attributed to the successful integration of Compagnie Meeting and the development of co-living activities.

Despite this increase, EBITDA fell slightly to -0.32 million euros. The operating result remained stable at -0.44 million euros. The group recorded an exceptional result of -0.48 million euros, mainly due to the rationalization of real estate assets. Thus, the net result attributable to the group amounts to -0.93 million euros.

As of June 30, 2024, ONE EXPERIENCE has fixed assets of €10.2 million and has equity of €7.17 million. Gross cash is €0.33 million. Note a significant decrease in financial debt, reduced to €1.91 million.

In terms of the future, the company is focusing its efforts on its growth segments, including events, hospitality and co-living. Two new BtoB co-living buildings are planned. ONE EXPERIENCE is confident about its future development and the continued improvement of its profitability.
