Le groupe Zentra fait le point sur le projet One Victoria
Le promoteur immobilier Zentra Group PLC, basé à Manchester, a communiqué des informations actualisées concernant son projet One Victoria. Initialement prévu pour une livraison fin du deuxième trimestre 2026, le projet devrait désormais être achevé fin du troisième trimestre 2026. Ce retard est dû à un décalage dans l'avancement des travaux par rapport au calendrier initial.
Malgré ces retards, les ventes restent dynamiques. Sur les 129 appartements du programme immobilier, 101 contrats ont été signés. De plus, trois appartements sont réservés, laissant 25 appartements disponibles à la vente. Zentra Group PLC continuera de communiquer sur l'avancement du projet.
