Zentra Group Concludes Acquisition on Old Mill Street, Manchester

Zentra Group PLC, a residential developer based in Manchester, has finalized the acquisition of a site at Old Mill Street, Manchester. The acquisition, valued at £1.425 million, follows formal planning approval and was funded through the Company's previous sales and external finance.

This acquisition represents Zentra's first under its new Zentra Living brand, aimed at urban professionals. The 0.18-acre site, formerly a car park, lies within the New Islington Masterplan, known for its strong regeneration benefits and city access.

The development plan includes a six-storey building with 40 apartments and a commercial unit. Construction is slated to begin in late 2025, with an 18-month timeline to completion.
