Onehouse, a leader in the Universal Data Lakehouse sector, has announced a $35 million Series B funding round. Led by Craft Ventures, the round also saw participation from Addition and Greylock Partners, bringing Onehouse's total funding to $68 million.
This injection of capital will support the company’s mission to make data more open and interoperable. “This round of funding is a tremendous validation of the Onehouse mission,” said Vinoth Chandar, CEO and founder of Onehouse.
Onehouse is also launching two new products aimed at enhancing lakehouse performance: Onehouse LakeView and Onehouse Table Optimizer. LakeView offers a free cloud service for monitoring and insights, while Table Optimizer accelerates data ingestion and query performance.
Both products aim to reduce cloud storage and processing costs and will initially support Apache Hudi, with future plans to include Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake. This funding round and new product launches aim to offer organizations enhanced data management and operational efficiency.
