Orange wants to end its status as a transmitter in Canada

Orange has filed a request to terminate its status as a reporting issuer in Canada. The request was submitted to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Ontario Securities Commission. If approved, Orange will no longer be required to file financial documents under Canadian regulations.
Despite this move, Orange will continue to provide information to Canadian security holders via its website and by mail, in accordance with French law. The decision aims to reduce costs and simplify reporting, while maintaining rigorous corporate governance. Orange states that this will not affect its presence in Canada or its ties with customers and partners.
