Ordinary General Meeting of June 18, 2024 - Exail Technologies

The shareholders of the company Exail Technologies are invited to participate in the Ordinary General Meeting which will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2024 at 10 a.m. at LCL, located at 19 boulevard des Italians, Paris.

The notice of meeting, serving as notice of meeting, was published in the BALO on May 29, 2024. The documents provided for by article R225-83 of the Commercial Code are available to shareholders upon notice of meeting, in accordance with regulatory provisions.
