Ordissimo SA: Capital Increase Finalized via a Private Placement
On March 17, 2025, Ordissimo SA, a specialist in technology solutions for seniors, completed a capital increase of €420,281.55, issued through a private placement. This transaction resulted in the issuance of 646,587 new shares valued at €0.65 each. Founders Alexandre Vielle and Brice Delmotte participated in 64% of this private placement.
This initiative reinforces Ordissimo's consolidation strategy, following the integration of Pix-Star, and demonstrates the founders' commitment to reducing the company's debt. The funds will be primarily allocated to working capital needs, thus improving the company's financial position.
Ordissimo is also considering external growth opportunities to establish new strategic synergies, with the aim of profitable growth.
