Orell Füssli Ltd: Shareholders Approve All Board Proposals at Annual General Meeting

Zurich, 7 May 2024 – During the 134th Annual General Meeting, Orell Füssli Ltd's shareholders approved all proposals presented by the Board of Directors. These included the annual report, the financial statements for 2023, and a dividend distribution of CHF 3.90 per share. In addition, Pascale Bruderer was elected to the Board, replacing Dieter Widmer after his 13 years of service.

The shareholders also voted in favor of the 2023 Compensation Report and set the maximum remuneration for Board and Executive members for upcoming fiscal years. At the event held at the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich, executives and the auditor were reappointed. A new consultative vote on non-financial matters was introduced and accepted as well.
