Organto Provides Bi-Weekly Update on Filing of 2023 Annual Financial Statements and Status of MCTO
VANCOUVER, BC and BREDA, NETHERLANDS / ACCESSWIRE / July 10, 2024 / Organto Foods Inc. (TSXV:OGO)(OTCQB:OGOFF), a leading provider of organic and non-GMO fruit and vegetable products, updated on its management cease trade order (MCTO) related to the delayed filing of its annual financial statements for 2023.
On May 1, 2024, the British Columbia Securities Commission granted the MCTO. Due to delays, an extension was given until July 15, 2024. Under the MCTO, top executives may not trade in company securities until the filings are complete and the MCTO is revoked. Shareholders are not affected.
The Company and auditors are diligently working to complete the filings. There have been no material changes since the last update on July 3, 2024. Organto remains committed to complying with NP 12-203 guidelines, including issuing bi-weekly updates.
