Orogen Royalties and South32 Forge Base Metals Exploration Alliance

Orogen Royalties Inc., based in Vancouver, has formed a Generative Exploration Alliance with South32, a mining company. The partnership aims to discover base metal deposits in western North America. The initial exploration budget of $300,000 will be funded by South32, and Orogen's prior costs of $181,000 will be reimbursed. This alliance provides South32 the option to acquire a 100% stake in designated projects by investing $5 million and making milestone payments totaling $2 million. Orogen will maintain up to a 2% net smelter return royalty, subject to a potential reduction. Orogen will manage the Alliance, outlining exploration targets for its technical committee.
