OSMOSUN calls an ordinary general meeting
OSMOSUN has announced the convening of an ordinary general meeting, in response to a request from the statutory auditors. This meeting, scheduled for May 15, 2025, aims to present a special alert report in accordance with Articles L.234-1 and R.234-3 of the French Commercial Code. This development comes after the recent resignation of Ms. Dorothée Chabredier from her position as director, effective April 14, 2025.
The company stated that it has sufficient cash flow until July 2025, while it is in negotiations to extend this horizon. Furthermore, OSMOSUN plans to publish its annual results for the 2024 financial year on April 30, 2025, after the market close.
